I came here for the first time to get routine maintenance. My car also had an open recall, which Penske told me it would take a year to schedule the fix for. Great Lakes went ahead and took care of it for me during my routine maintenance no problem. I'm used to being over-sold on unnecessary maintenance, but my experience with Travis at Great Lakes was the opposite. He helped me save money by avoiding some service that was unnecessary given the age and mileage of my vehicle. I will return here next time my car needs work.
Had a 1030 appt, they didn’t look at it until 130. Took 5 hours. Horrible, go to the other Hondas
My displeasure with Honda of Fishers is they didn't honor my $500 hold on new CRV to be bought on March 31. Management decided they were selling my car around noon. I had cash and they couldn't wait for me to come in. I'd like to give praise to Jeff Wyler Honda of Cincinnati. They were willing to sell me a CRV WITH VERBAL AGRERMENT ON PHONE TO HOLD THE VEHICLE UNTIL I GOT THERE (7:15 PM). THE PURCHASE WENT THROUGH WITH NO PROBLEM. They were very quick to get the repairs completed and very professional. I would recommend them to others.
The people interaction was fine. However I spent $300 for a diagnosis and it wasn't even the right fix they recommended. They said they checked the computer logs and it was an oxygen sensor issue. I described the same symptoms to my neighbor, and he said it was my spark plugs. He swapped out my spark plugs in 15 minutes and I haven't had the symptom since.
