Good experience and care for a check engine light and Honda factory recall on my daughter's Honda Fit. Drove car right into the service area at my scheduled appointment time. Service specialist Jim came over to help me and immediately coordinated both issues. That took care of the recall inspection first and then worked on the check engine light issue. I came here for the first time to get routine maintenance. My car also had an open recall, which Penske told me it would take a year to schedule the fix for. Great Lakes went ahead and took care of it for me during my routine maintenance no problem. I'm used to being over-sold on unnecessary maintenance, but my experience with Travis at Great Lakes was the opposite. He helped me save money by avoiding some service that was unnecessary given the age and mileage of my vehicle. I will return here next time my car needs work.
