This review has to do with the ****************** In July, 2021, I brought my Honda in because the ** was blowing hot air. They told me the ** needed to be replaced. The car is old so I told them I would think about it and get back to them. It cost me $145 in labor for them to tell me this. After I picked up the car, the ** was blowing cold air again but I still thought there was a problem so I decided to bring the car to another repair shop to get a 2nd opinion. Paul Montoya and Dawn Loyacano are the best. Together, those two made my car buying experience exceptional. They were professional, honest and thorough. They won my trust quickly. Love my new Honda Accord.
I recently bought a 2015 CRV from them. A week later we took are car in to get washed. While waiting one of the service attended wrecked are week old car. They offered to fix it to the condition it was in before but failed to compensate use for the deprecation of the value of are brand new car that we BOUGHT from them. They don't care!!! Would not recommend their are plenty of other places to buy cars in the area and that's what I will do next time.
