got there at 3pm for an oil change. it says the service center closes at 4. No one was there so I walked into the dealership and inquired about it, was told that they let the service employees leave early for the day. letting them leave 1hour+ early on a Saturday? no wonder they would not answer the phone when we tried to call first. poor customer service for people who drive all the way there with no way of knowing.
Got my recalled fuel pump replaced, and ended up having to use a rental as the process took longer than expected. I was given thr loaner car free as it was not my fault that the replacement took longer than expected. Would recommend this establishment.
Took LONG TIME for service completion, but staff very friendly & professional
Friendly staff and fast efficient service. Have been there several times and have always had a good experience.
