Excellent service . Have used them for decades. Highly recommend.
If you're bringing in a car that isn't a Honda, make sure beforehand that they actually have the parts to service your car, because they aren't going to bother to check until you get there for your appointment- where you might be told they don't have what's needed for your car, despite having provided your car's information when you made the appointment.
Subject: Mask. I have to start off by saying I do like HOC, I've been coming here for 10+ Years now. BUT to be cautious and avoid the crowd I had an oil change appointment at 7am. I got there about 20/25 minutes early (I'm always early). I saw about 3 advisors, a couple guys from the express area, and the lady that works the front/checkout desk.
