Recently leased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport from Honda of Cleveland Heights after returning my 2024 Honda Civic Sport. Both times I worked with Dan B and what a great guy/salesman he was. He was very attentive, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the Honda Civic Sport (such a nice ride) and the service you get from everyone in the Honda building. The place is HUGE by the way. Thank you again Dan B and Honda Team. See you in 3 years again!!
It started off well but by the end I was a little disappointed. I originally reserved a loaner car for the recall service appointment I made for 10:45 am. The service person told me it would only take an hour so the shuttle took me home to wait, instead. I got a text from them at 12:50 pm that my car was ready. I replied that I was ready whenever I could be picked up. I planned on going to work but since I didn’t get picked up until after 3 pm, that didn’t happen. Service was cool
So far I have no complaints with what my insurance paid for. However, I would have liked to get other services done, but everything is very expensive there.
