I prefer Honda for all my car service. When you meet genuine people and their integrity speaks before they do that's a keeper! Im always impressed with the fine team at Honda. If something is too expensive they work with you on payment options and they take their time to get it done right! Thank you Bryon & Brandon for your great service skills! Also I thank the extended team who always greet you and the mechanics behind the scene - for year after year of precise services to my family.

After fixing my car on Saturday 10/4/25 I missed their call telling me they are closed but that I can pick up my car at the sales department, when I went to sales they told me to go down stairs to service department but when I got there there was no one there and I had to come back upstairs only to be told that I will not be able to get my car on Saturday as promised. I was very disappointed with the way that was handled the people in the sales department were very rude and didn’t seem to want to help.

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot with the help of Lamar C. and Adam from the finance department. Lamar was patient and informative when explaining things about the vehicle. Pricing of the vehicle was fair. The experience was A+. Thanks again and yes I love my Honda Pilot and all the amenities that come with it. I am usually skeptical when going to dealerships but Honda of Cleveland Heights has gained a forever client.
