Don't bring your car here. These lazy people do not want your business. I had a service appointment. Drove into the bay and no one came out. So i walked in the first door to greet the middle aged man, sitting on his haunches. Just as I approached his cubicle the man walked off, presumably because he is allergic to work. He saw me. Didn't speak. Didn't say one minute. Just didn't want to work... so I left him to his early vacation/ retirement/ afternoon nap. I won't be back to see this crew. This place sucks. It is a chaos center where nothing works. Avoid Michael Tooley at all costs. Super rude and clueless.
Every time I come here with the Honda I bought from their dealership, I am treated so well. Stephen was able to get me straightened out quick and he was so kind. He really wanted to fix the problem right. Highly reccomend. If you buy here, service here and ask for Stephen.
I purchased a car almost 2 months ago and I being try to call and text the sales person about my plate and that he also promised me floor mats to my car but he never answered after I purchased my car...before I purchased my car he will answered whit in 5 minutes ..really bad experience..
