I bought a new battery for my Accord Hybrid in 2021 and they charged me under $200 total. This battery died this week, and it was supposedly still under warranty, so I went back to Honda of Clear Lake. They informed me that in the 4th year I was now in the prorated warranty period, and that I would need to pay all of the labor, and part of the price of the battery. Honda is always number one
These service advisors or whatever they are called are too rude, no-professional and non-sense jokes. I just been there but decided not to leave my car for a service, even though I had an appointment, which probably meant nothing for them. Wish the review system has 0 star for that.
Brought my Odyssey in after warning lights came on. The service center told me I needed a $2,000+ front camera replacement. I declined, took the vehicle home, and was able to self-diagnose the real issue — a bad alternator. What are they charging diagnostic fees for if they can’t even figure out something this simple? Feels like a scam, and I won’t be returning.
GARBAGE!!!! HONDA OF CLEAR GARBAGE! Here we go again. Steven in the service department said they will not honor my 100 month battery warranty because it came with the car when I bought and I didn’t pay for the battery separately. (Makes zero sense, garbage.
