Bought a car through Fremont Honda, was told they needed to do their pre delivery safety inspection, the sales man Mario said no more than 3 days (something that should be a few hours but what ever) short version after multiple excuses the car was finally able to be picked up a month later, we immediately start having issues with the car, schedule it to go in to another shop. I was having sensor issues, and Laura is the service department fixed my issue, lickity-split!!
I didn’t believe they could get me approved but they did. Mario was the sales representative that helped us out. We had a great experience shopping for a used truck, I would suggest to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle stop in and ask for Mario.
They did amazing working through any issues with me!
Don’t go through Fremont of Honda my husband bought a truck from them was told it was a solid truck showed him pictures of it! The pictures were nice nothing wrong with the interior trucker looked great! So he decided he wanted it they went and got the truck when they came back the back door pannels were crushed and caved in they said we got it on back order so we said not a problem you’ll fix it well the next night literally the day after purchasing the truck check engine lights came he took it in the next morning and they ... read more
