I've head my Honda Clarity in for routine service several times. The staff were always courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed about the progress of the service. The car was ready when promised, and often earlier. I am very happy with the service that I received.
Last week I posted my experience I had at Honda of Casper which was not a very good or pleasant one. On Monday the Service Department Manager called me and apologized for the unpleasant experience I had had. He explained that he would have addressed the issue sooner but he was not at the facility the week I had the work done on my vehicle. He apologized profusely and assured me that nothing would happen like that in the future.
