All of the service advisors and the techs are great to work with. We purchased a used car from Honda and always bring our vehicle here to be serviced. They gave us a great price on a transmission drain and fill as well as a semi-synthetic oil change. I live about 5 minutes away from the dealership. They even gave me a ride back to my house, so I didn't have to sit and wait. They also offered to come and pick me up if needed. This is a great dealership including parts, sales and service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌

I can’t say enough great things about Dennis Quick in the service department at Honda of Bay County! He’s always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Dennis took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was taken care of quickly and correctly. The service was fast, friendly, and stress-free from start to finish.
