Wonderful and quick service. We have taken both our Pilot and Ridgeline to be serviced at Bay Honda and cannot speak enough of the great customer service we get there. Allen Vinson goes above and beyond and we always ask to work with him. Whether it’s provide excellent communication, key recommendations or listening to our concerns, he always provides service with a smile.
Bought my Toyota here two years ago. Any time had an issue I've brought it back here for service. Fast friendly and close to my house. Today was the first time I was pretty much told to take it to Toyota cause they didn't have a Toyota guy.... I mentioned I bought it here and always bring it here and he again insisted inshouks taken it to Toyota... So just left. Idk if I'll ever be back. Pretty disappointed. Was just a locking issue.
