I got a call from this service center to get my fuel pump recall done, I normally go to Glen Burnie but figured it was convenient since I work in Annapolis. The first appointment no one indicated that I needed to have less than half a tank of gas and nothing in the backseat and they told me they couldn’t perform the service at 3:00 after my car was dropped off at 7:45 am! And had to Uber to work because the shuttle service wasn’t even available!!!! Sure enough get a call from them saying come in and get the re call done, so ... read more
I was at an appointment next door when my alternator died and my car just stopped working while i was hours from home. Walked in without an appointment or any heads up and they were so helpful getting my car over and getting it fixed. Alonzo was fantastic and I really appreciated how quickly they diagnosed my car and fixed it.
