I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my fuel pump replaced as part of a Honda recall. I showed up as instructed—with a near-empty gas tank—and left the car for the day. When I came to pick it up, I found out they hadn’t done a thing. Why? They were out of fuel pumps. No one contacted me ahead of time. The service tech wasn’t apologetic in the slightest.
