This place is the best they go out there way to help! In all my years i have never seen service like this place Trust me try them out you will be very happy
I called these guys after struggling to work through a problem on my bf225 with my local Honda dealer in Atlanta (who can order parts but doesn't service...) Bert was extremely helpful in helping me solve my problem he pulled out the old paper manual for troubleshooting. In between customers at his counter and everything else he was doing, he researched and called me back multiple times. This place was by far the best experience I’ve ever had going to a marine shop. I wasn’t sure what to expect but boy was I glad I showed up. These guys were super nice professional and punctual. I couldn’t of asked for any more of all around great place. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone Bert Was great very knowledgeable and eager to help!!! Thanks for everything!!!!!!! We are having intermitting issues with our Honda 20hp engine so we took to A1 and Rob spent almost an hour going over possible solutions. instead of taking our boat, fiddling with it, and charging us like our last dealer. He listened to what we had to say, gave his advise, and set us on a course of action (plan) to resolve the issues we are having. Honesty is hard to find, Thanks Rob!
The people that run Honda Marine are really very customer conscious and kept their word to me when two other dealers did not. I'm very happy with their service and in the manner they treated me
