Excellent service. Very professional and detail oriented.
I want to express how great service was at Honda Mall of Georgia. I did a walk in to get an oil change and was immediately greeted and advised to see the service advisor. Misho Sesar right away took my information and advised service was going to be fast. I didn’t even wait 1 hr and my car was done. Misho also helped me the next day with getting the car in for a recall and service for seat belt. Service was excellent

I went to Honda Mall of Georgia for the first time with my 2012 Pilot. My service advisor was Ken and he was so patient, explaining everything that had been discovered in my AAA inspection. He told me which things should be done soon, which will likely need to be done in the future. He also went through the video with me that the mechanic had taken of the undercarriage of my car as he inspected it, which I found very helpful. It was good experience for my first time at this dealership!
It was a pleasant visit. I really appreciate the video that they share of the inspection being done and on what needs to be done if different than what you came in for. This keeps me in the know of what’s going on with my vehicle overall, I was very pleased with my experience.
