This is the worst honda service, i came in with appointments 9:30am to fixed the recall. No communication at all from the service personnel Jonathan until i msg him at 1pm. 4pm they didn't even touch my car. Don't come here if i were you. If i can give 0 star i would. Wasted 6 hrs and 30 minutess waiting, with 3 hrs driving and gas. "Note i buy my car here" dont buy car here anymore.
Steve from the Service and Parts Department was amazing. He and his team were helpful and gave us outstanding service.
Claim to price match if the numbers matched but they wouldn't and they wanted 4x as much as the same oem part i end up ordering. I was hoping they were going to have one in stock but would have had to order it at 4x the price.
Service on the same day of new ownership was unfulfilled. I made an appointment and when I got there I was made aware they normally don’t take appointments on the first day of ownership after I was called by Lancaster Honda on Saturday confirming my appointment for Monday and received two text messages. I was scheduled for maintenance which includes multi inspection and I requested to check shaking and suggest they check the brakes. I was told only oil change and rotation of tires was completed. I had the best experience with Lancaster Honda. Talia in the service department took great care of me and my car. I owe the whole smooth process to her. She set everything up and took care of my recalls as well as my paint issue with expertise. I bought my car at carmax. My next car will be purchased at Lancaster Honda. Thank you Talia
