Arrived at 3:45pm (mechanic's closes at 4:15pm) with problem with either my battery or my remote key battery. Adam Ponak went to verify what was wrong, went to get the mechanic guy to see what was wrong, and they said we need to change your battery. (was 4:00pm). Took my car and install new battery and paid at 4:15pm! THAT IS SERVICE! Thank you, Honda Ile Perrot, and to Adam & mechanic! 🤩
