Another great experience at Rt.128 Honda in Reading. From the moment I pulled in my service representative Nikki Spinazola, took great care of me. She checked me in explained process and work to be done and walked me through the multipoint check of what they found and what I should expect for the next service call! Thank you Nikki and Rt.128!

We bought a hybrid civic and couldn't be happier with the car and the assistance buying it from Tony. He was helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient with the different cars we test-drove. Rt 128 Honda had the model/color we wanted, and they matched a competitor's end-of-the-month price (which is a strategy I recommend to others who can wait for a month's end to haggle). Our only gripe is that we were disappointed at the low-ball trade-in offer we got for our old car (in retrospect we should have donated it instead). ... read more

BUYER BEWARE - dealership does not honor warranties. Recently bought a Honda Accord at 128 Honda. The car is Certified Pre-Owned, so it comes with a 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. Sounds like a great warranty, but good luck getting them to honor it. Took my car in to be looked at for a seemingly minor problem. Even though the car is under warranty, they wanted $239 JUST TO LOOK AT IT. And only then, they said, could they determine if the repair was covered.
