The service team is amazing. Everyone I've encountered has been thorough, professional and so helpful. Cars are annoying. We have to deal with it. They actually care here and go out of their way to make sure things are taken care of. Getting your car serviced at the dealer is obviously going to be more expensive. When they sold me a car, they forced me to buy a tire protection package. When I came back for leaking tire, they wasted my two days just to get a single tire. Then they replaced the good tire! I'm still driving around with a leaking air tire! The front tire is shown as the rear system in the TPMS system, they didn't even notice it!
Wesley was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Car was completed on time. 1st time oil change performed without issue and the interior and exterior detail came out great.
3 hours for a oil change. Never again. I’ll go to another dealership or a Valvoline.
