Today I came in for tire light on my 2025 crv hybrid sport L. Nikki Spinazola was very good. She explained each detail of my tire warranty and if she did not know, she got a manager immediately and helped explain the situation. I really appreciate the honesty and direct follow up. She followed up through out the visit even though it took over 2.5 hours of start to finish to diagnose and then patch 1 tire.
