Service tech was good and explained everything. Car was ready in a reasonable time
Honda of Frontenac has had my service business since I purchased the vehicle in 2017. They're becoming problamatic! I cannot get service to answer a call nor do I get a return call when the requested information is left on their vm. I attempted to book online but there is no option for asking them to check out my transmission; only specific service requests. I called Dave Mungenast and the call was answered by a real person who was able to book my appointment for n evaluation of my transmission.
On vacation with the family and had transmission warnings. I have a 6 hour drive home and wanted to be sure all is okay. I was turned away by Bommarito with zero care. David Wilson at Frontenac was heavily backlogged too but wanted to be sure my family would be safe. Wish I could give them 6 stars! Great service.
I would like to complement Cameron In parts for excellent customer service! Efficient, polite and takes care of the problem leaving the customer with a smile on her face! RThank you Cameron
