My car was shaking whenever I stepped on my brakes, and I was concerned. So, I took it to Honda Frontenac and spoke with Rob. He and his team helped me get to the bottom of it. They made a tough car problem smooth and easy and completed the job sooner than I expected. Rob reached out to the manager to get the service and paperwork cleared up. I'm so grateful to him and Wyatt for taking the time to listen and offer their help with my car. Highly recommended. Thank you, Rob and Wyatt! I truly appreciate you.
Turns out they are a dealer for the tires that were defective and we could’ve filed a claim against them through the Honda Dealer. Each visit it’s something new from this place. And the benefit of the doubt has worn out.
AVOID IF YOU CAN. Went in for a BCM module software update recall and emission+safety inspections. Dropped off vehicle at 9:30am and was told it would be ready for pickup by early afternoon. Never received a text message update and after multiple calls without reaching my service advisor, i get a text that the car is not finished and will be finished tomorrow. We stopped in and were able to drive off with a Honda HRV yesterday thanks to Wyatt. We came back in today to finish up our trade in paperwork and he took care of detailing, getting us the mats, and filling the car up for us. Highly recommend working with him
Ridiculous operation here. We dropped off our car for an 8:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. By 12:30pm they told us they wouldn’t be able to get to it until tomorrow. Not sure how we could ever use them again and trust them to do an oil change and tire rotation in 1 day.
