The receptionist was Amazing!!!
Went for an oil change. Made an appointment; but it was hour and a half before the service desk called me. Service desk told me I had a nail in tire that could not be fixed so he recommended new tires. IN FACT, HE DID A HARD SELL FOR ME TO GET NEW TIRES. The Cooper tires only had 15000 miles on them. After checking with another dealer, I decided new tires were not needed.
