Needed a lien release for a car title. They said they would fax it over and they faxed it to the wrong number. When I called back to find out what happened, apparently there was no way they could call the office that messed up and have them re-fax it to the correct number. I now have to wait until the paper copy shows up in the mail. Extremely inconvenient! if it is a mistake that isn’t easily remedied, they should double check and confirm the fax number before moving forward. I said 335 Mitch, not 355…
What a absolute joke , gave my lease back a few months ago and they still call me saying I have missed payments, call up and I guess the only people they hire are a bunch of idiots who can’t answer any questions
Terrible. they quoted me an Equifax score much lower than my actual score in order to overcharge me on my rate.
terrible customer service. A frustrating process of using western union to send a significant amount of money, and the rep said he couldn’t look it up without a reference number, which they never advised me that I needed to add to the transfer. After expressing my frustration the rep hung up on me. When I called back another rep asked for completely different information and handled my request almost instantly.
