Zero stars if I could. I never received my pink slip after paying my car in full and now I have to request a physical letter copy to show that it’s paid (which costs a $30 processing fee), but maybe worse is a trip to the DMV. Somehow it’s my fault I never received the pink slip that was claimed to have already been released by Honda? Truly should be illegal to have this type of setup and system.. Finance elsewhere if you can…
A shady lending company. I will never buy another Honda again. I had a total loss, they took my $630.72 rebate from my prepayment of future services plan, also took two more payments after my total loss of $936.70, my $1000 deductible and plus what my insurance company paid $32,502.92. The buyout for my car was $33947.69. So they stole $1125.65 that should’ve been refunded back to me.
Worst customer service ever. Cannot sign on to pay a payment. After calling 800 number, cannot understand customer service person. They give me an incident #, which no one does anything.
Garabge customer service. none of the online payment services work so im expected to to take time off my work schedule to call them during business hours to pay them a fee to make my payment. All cause they cant figure out how to make the automated or online payment system work properly. Ill stick with VW and suabru at least the customer service is real people and actually helpful, instead of setting customers up to fail.
Scammers, liars, cheats, frauds, thieves, just some of the few words to describe Honda financial and their business practices: my mother leased a car through them then they decided they not longer wanted her to lease so they forced her to buy the car she had leased for 3 years for the price of a brand new car, and then made a 10,000$ pay off at the end of the lease. They refuse to let her make smaller payments towards her monthly payments and then threaten her with repossession when they would get their full monthly payment ... read more
