I sold my car to Carmax. They sent the payment to Honda Financial Services, but HFS says they did not receive the total payoff from Carmax. I canceled the gap insurance, and HFS kept the money that was supposed to be mine because I purchased it on the excuse that they did not receive the entire payoff for the car.
I feel extremely disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Today, I spoke with three different representatives at Honda Financial Services, and once they saw that my vehicle had been paid in full, the level of service I received significantly declined. Terrible customer service! Do not finance or lease with them.
Anyone who has ear please hear. This financial institution provides horrible experience, surprise charges, false advertisement, fraudulent warranty, and useless representatives. 5 cases opened with no updates. They should be BOYCOTT AND reported! PLEASE STAY AWAY.
