I recently moved to NY state, and require a scan of the title and a letter of permission from Honda Financial Services to register my car in the state. I requested these items on 9/16/25. Coming up on a month later, I still have not received these items and do not have use of my car since I cannot drive an unregistered vehicle, and am waiting on these items to be able to register my car. Do yourself a favor in do not EVER finance with Honda Financial Services. I paid off my vehicle In October 2024 and is owed a refund check of $277. They said they mailed it Oct. 2, 2024 but I did not receive it and they refuse to re-issue another check. I have been calling for a whole year.
