Giving 1 star is generous. There was an accident resulting in total loss. Insurance paid Honda & Service Contract credit was also paid to Honda. 3 months later they are still not showing these credits on our account but confirm via phone. All they tell us is that the account is still being updated. FOR 3 MONTHS! I've tried to complain and ask for a supervisor with no success. I've asked for supervisor call backs but receive none. If I could give a negative star rating I would. The woman I spoke to on the phone was nasty mean and straight up rude. If you don’t like your job quit go work somewhere else, especially if you can’t work with people I felt highly disrespected and like she was trying to threaten me Over a payment

I initially financed with Honda in 2019 and bought my first Honda Pilot. In 2020 I traded the 2019 pilot in for the 2020. Honda did not report my good payment history to any of the credit bureaus. I called them, they said the account was archived and they couldn't do anything about it. I reported them to the BBB and within two weeks the year of financing was on my credit report. Returned a car same month as getting it financed because i was unhappy with it. instead of just putting a voluntary repo they have already hit my credit with 2 missed payments and is tanking it harder than needed... Do not finance any vehicle from them, or anyone if you just save up some money all the vehicles they have end up costing 1000$-5000$ after 100k miles anyway
