I have never dealt with such inept company in my life. After numerous attempts to get my title, I still have not received it. They sent my title to a random bank. They claim they cannot get it back and we’re going to help me with the issuing of a duplicate title. I’ve called and spoken with numerous agents all promising me it will be taken care of. Extremely disappointing experience with Honda Financial. My check was somehow lost despite being sent via certified USPS mail with confirmed delivery. More than a month later, I am still trying to obtain a duplicate title, and they have not even sent the necessary documentation to the DMV. The level of inefficiency, poor communication, and lack of accountability throughout this process has been unacceptable.
