My car payment, submitted two days early on March 11th (due date: March 13th), is incorrectly reflected as late on my account. Despite contacting them on Monday and providing supporting documentation via email, the issue remains unresolved as of late Thursday. Terrible customer service and they lie to you. Deferments are not deferments. They pay backwards and add the interest til they tow your car. They lie, lie, lie and than ransom your ar back to you. They hustled my mom out of $3000 saying she was 3 months late because she took a deferment in December. Just go with any other bank

Everyone you speak to is so outrageously rude and condescending it’s disgusting, I will never finance through Honda again in fact I can’t wait to pay it off and be done with them, everyone that works for the finance department should be terminated, it’s not my fault you had to go back to actually working and not in the comfort of your own home🤷‍♂️

I have had a very good experience with this company. I was given a 3.9% financing deal on my new Honda so i was able to pay it off quickly.. They had promptly sent me a lien release in just a few days.. I would finance with them again.

Please stay away from Honda financially this Finincial company stole over a thousand dollars from me after my account was paid off. They made a fake claim that the money was for interest after the loan was paid in full. Please stay away at all cost.
