I bought a Honda Mower from Honda East Power Equipment in March 2025. I had been having trouble with it starting, back firing, etc. I contact Curtis, the Power Equipment Manager and he was OUTSTANDING. He not only found the manufacturer defect and fixed it, but his team drove to Fairfield and picked up and delivered back my mower at no cost. You have my business Honda East Power Equipment!!!!!
These guys were great! They quickly got me all the parts I needed for my Honda mower. Just an FYI, the parking is on the east side of the building and the entrance is not with the car dealer, it's on the northeast corner of the building.
No hassle. No haggling. No pressure. One of the best car buying experiences we've had.
