Very disappointing and feel like some serious price gouging. I unfortunately waited till the last min 1/24/26 to get a snowblower. After looking all around my area nobody had any left in stock. I then thought of Honda on Ohio Pike. I called and he said yes we have one wheeled machine left and some truck machines. He also stated he had a used 2011 unit. I bought a Honda Mower from Honda East Power Equipment in March 2025. I had been having trouble with it starting, back firing, etc. I contact Curtis, the Power Equipment Manager and he was OUTSTANDING. He not only found the manufacturer defect and fixed it, but his team drove to Fairfield and picked up and delivered back my mower at no cost. You have my business Honda East Power Equipment!!!!!
These guys were great! They quickly got me all the parts I needed for my Honda mower. Just an FYI, the parking is on the east side of the building and the entrance is not with the car dealer, it's on the northeast corner of the building.
