Christina was absolutely AMAZING. I came into the city to visit family and had to repair my car due to an accident, after only being in town for a day. Even though they were understaffed and overbooked. Christina took me being from out of town into consideration and was able to squeeze me in and have my car looked at and repaired within the business hours. Was there a few weeks ago, having my Honda Civic fuel pump replaced, as well as, my infotainment fixed. Everything was done professionally, kudos to the staff.
Called Honda des Sources with a broken clutch 1 week ago. It took 1 day for them to confirm it was the clutch - which they provided and UBER home and back for me. They want my car for 2 days this week to fix the clutch (despite that I was informed by them last week that the fix would only take 2 hours), and the Service Manager refused an UBER this time because he claims I provided FALSE information last week. J'ai acheté un honda CRV usagé à Honda des Sources. J'ai eu des petits problèmes avec la voiture dès le départ, mais je n'avais rien à m'inquiéter car mon vendeur Mustafa a toujours gardé une superbe communication avec moi. Je ne sais pas si c'est un erreur côté inspection de la voiture, que la voiture n'a pas été testé assez longtemps sur la route, mais malgré tout cela Mustafa a pris le problème en charge et il s'est arrangé que le problème soit régler et cela sans stress.
