Leo Payne Honda did a good job ensuring I’ll never buy a car from them, or return for service. I took my 10 year old Odyssey in for a Honda recall, for which I was denied, even though I’ve spent $1000s over the past few years addressing the symptoms of the problem. That I understand. It’s not the dealer's fault that my issue didn’t fit into Honda’s narrow definition of the recall. But, the dealer DID charge me a $199 diagnostic fee for 5 minutes of reading some codes to tell me “no” AND then they also added on a total BS $29... read more
