My rating is based on NOT purchasing a car from Leo Payne. Confused? Keep going. I test drove two vehicles that didn't meet our specific used car need at this time. I could not have asked for a better experience! Lucas made me feel welcomed, respected and taken care of. The entire process was smooth, straightforward and stress free! He took the time to answer all of my questions and to make sure I understood everything before making my decision. I never once felt pressured, which is what was keeping me from getting a new car in the first place. I could not recommend Lucas at Leo Payne Honda enough!!!
I had a great experience working with Miriam Smith and bought the best car for my needs after receiving her input.
