Excellent service and excellent customer support. Dylan was very helpful and professional in helping get my car recall fixed and other repairs that were needed.
I bought a new car here just under a year ago and I have had to go back for two separate issues with no resolution either time. This last time they marked down that they had done my washer fluid, and a host of other things which was not done at all (I know this because my washer fluid was empty and still empty when I got my car back). I have requested a call back from my service agent, my salesman and anyone else who will try to help, to no avail. Appointment 7-19-24 with Carlos Roman. Things went very well. Time of repair was reasonable and the waiting room was very comfortable. Carlos was sharp and courteous.
Bought our car there, after only a couple of years door actuator started having problems. When I took it in, they said they couldn’t find anything. Now after warranty expired, they want 1000 to fix.
