Great price with fast service. The service team management treats everyone like family without unnecessary services! I Highly recommend compared to other service centers.
We had the worst customer service at Honda Rockwall service. I came in for a diagnostic and a recall. First off I had it serviced a few weeks before this and the day after it was serviced I had 5 lights come on. I let them know asap and got it back in as soon as I could. I told the service rep I had this time what had happened and before I could finish my sentence he was already saying it wasn’t because of what they had done and became incredibly condescending.
