If you want to be disrespected and to understand that the service technicians think their time is more valuable than yours, this is your place. I had an oil change appointment. Got there ahead of schedule and proceeded to wait. After about 20 minutes was told my vehicle was "throwing" a code that indicated the need for a transmission service. I recently had an excellent experience at the service department at Honda Cars of Aiken, and it was due to the exemplary customer service that Colby, one of their service advisors, provided. I brought my wife's Honda Pilot by right after lunch; her sideview mirror was cracked, and I was hoping they could squeeze me in. At best, I expected to wait while a technician figured out what part to order, and then have to come back for another (likely expensive) repair appointment later on. I'm not leaving the service Department of five star review because of the work that was done, because, to be completely honest, that process was frustrating. There were multiple mistakes made, but the reason I'm leaving them to five star review is because of the service that was given afterwards. They made every effort to fix the mistake, even after I had driven off and noticed another one.
