garbage experience absolutely terrible will leave your car in the parking lot for an entire day and deny fixing a broken cv axle saying outside damage when there’s none with a car under warranty just so they don’t have to look at it and referring to insurance.

If you want to be disrespected and to understand that the service technicians think their time is more valuable than yours, this is your place. I had an oil change appointment. Got there ahead of schedule and proceeded to wait. After about 20 minutes was told my vehicle was "throwing" a code that indicated the need for a transmission service. I declined, but asked what the specific code was. Looked it up and that code was an indication for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess me being a woman, they thought I'd cave to an... read more

I recently had an excellent experience at the service department at Honda Cars of Aiken, and it was due to the exemplary customer service that Colby, one of their service advisors, provided. I brought my wife's Honda Pilot by right after lunch; her sideview mirror was cracked, and I was hoping they could squeeze me in. At best, I expected to wait while a technician figured out what part to order, and then have to come back for another (likely expensive) repair appointment later on.
