I recently had an excellent experience at the service department at Honda Cars of Aiken, and it was due to the exemplary customer service that Colby, one of their service advisors, provided. I brought my wife's Honda Pilot by right after lunch; her sideview mirror was cracked, and I was hoping they could squeeze me in. Best place to service Honda/Acura vehicles in the CSRA. Ms. Melissa Davis is a courteous and knowledgeable service advisor.

I'm not leaving the service Department of five star review because of the work that was done, because, to be completely honest, that process was frustrating. There were multiple mistakes made, but the reason I'm leaving them to five star review is because of the service that was given afterwards. They made every effort to fix the mistake, even after I had driven off and noticed another one.
