Fast and nice service appointment come from Oroville and they make it simple and easy so I keep coming ! Noticed it was a little more expensive and my car needed same filters as last time.. not sure why but that’s on me to know beforehand . Nevertheless 5 stars
went to change my oil and to get my recall fixed, they call me about 3 hours later asking me to come back so i can take my 5 year old girls car/booster seat out because apparently not one guy in there is a father or knows how to remove a car seat. bunch of rude/lazy/uneducated people wasting my time. especially that manny jimenez guy, dude was hella rude to my father who only speaks spanish. Please train your employees to take out a car seat and to be nicer.
Amazing experience, purchased a new vehicle (HR-V) and was done in a much shorter amount of time than expected. Wonderful service from all departments, highly recommend and will definitely go back again when the time comes!
The service team and parts department always has a great attitude, is professional, and is on top of service repair information. The waiting area is relaxing, clean and hot beverages are provided. Always Amazing and fast service. Love the coupons I receive via email. Every bit helps.
Turned vehicle in for Evaporator swap, about a 10- labor hour job counting refrigerate recovery, vacuum and charging, removing dash and removal/ installation of new evaporator. Turned it in Wednesday @3pm. Get a call Thursday from service advisor if it’s fine to keep overnight to finish, I tell them yes! Friday I call to get an update at around 3 pm, was told that they would get with the technician to call and give me an update that day. Never got a call back.
