Bit of a belated review, but last month I passed my learners permit with Jules. She was amazing, very instructive and encouraging. She was really good at teaching people how to feel/find the friction point. She was also kind enough to stay and chat with me about women’s gear and where to go to find nicer fitting stuff. I will definitely be coming back here for my check ride and ride test for sure!!!
Myself and 2 others failed a check ride the other day because the instructor thought we went through a red light when we didn't. She asked if we had anything to say or ask and we tried to tell her it was yellow and she's mistaken but nothing could be done and our time had run out anyway. Even if this review gets to the right people how can I expect it to be "fixed"? I doubt we'd get a pass due to having the ride ended early. I give up.

Brilliant place to learn to ride safely. Sean was a great instructor who gave tailored and practical advice.
Brilliant! Had a blast with our instuctor Jules for a pre-learners. Gear supplied was good quality and very safety focused compared to other competitors in the area. The facility itself is a great size, indoors are very clean, cold water and access to coffee (woohoo), well organised/spacious indoor areas and a bonus area with bikes on display which was nice.
