No help at all , You have to talk to someone at their call centre, Then they pass on your concern via email to Honda Australia and your told you will be contacted via email in three business days.
Sent an enquiry in March to book a service. Never received a call back, had to call a moth later to confirm and of course, no apologies, no excusess, no interest from the person on the phone. Just said not booked and gave me another date to take the car, now I have to move things around again for this. When Suttons Rosebery was around things were much better, downhill after they sold the land.
