I called to see about getting my air conditioner in my car fixed and the man that answered the phone was rude. He didn’t ask me anything but just instructed me to take my car to the place I bought it and ended the phone call.

I cannot begin to describe the service I received from Jake and Buzz! I was in the area for a conference when my car just died. I was in a parking lot with a car full of luggage and supplies. AAA came out and tried to jump it to no avail, then couldn’t get the car in neutral to put it in the lift, I had to be somewhere at 5:00 pm, I called the shop and Jake coordinated with AAA to wait for the car (after hours). Just wanted to drop a best review and to say a big thank you for the excellent maintenance service and for ensuring my car was in top condition. My car feels so good now! I am truly grateful going to this mechanic place; such an exceptional service. Thank you so much Jake and Buzz!
