This dealership is hands down one of the worst places to purchase a car. The moment the sale is done, you're on your own—customer service is practically nonexistent. As I write this, I’ve been stuck on hold for over 30 minutes. A representative initially answered, heard my concern, and said she'd be right back. That was half an hour ago. If I could give no star I would. This place has horrible autoshop service. I was driving on the highway from a different state and my car broke down so I had to get it towed to them since they were the closest dealership. Would never go back. Would of rather it got towed to a different state. They switched out my car's battery and then ended up not doing a full diagnostic test before handing me the car back. I had to ASK them to do a diagnostic test. How do the mechanics have a job...? And when asked why my battery went the ... read more
