This picture was Oct 2, 2017. These others are from today Oct 30, 2017. It's 4 months and we still not moved in. You have to pay for own permits. You have to call power company to get meter installed. The manager has been there 1 time to see where to put it. Has not been down to oversee anything, we’ve had to call him when something was finished, not done or needed to be done.
