Been there twice now and each time they’ve ignored me and haven’t even assisted with shopping. I think they hate making a sale and it’s the older women too. Thought they would’ve been in the customer service game long enough to at least greet people that walk in. Giving judgey Karen vibes
The most unfriendly and cold experience , no interest and super rude. Think I will go to adairs instead.
Worse than Sheridan! The quilt cover discoloured from using the dryer. It is unrealistic to expect sheets not to be dried by dryers during a high-humidity Melbourne winter. The quilt cover is not intended to be a delicate piece of clothing. I have been using Sheridan for years with tumble dry without any issues. If the bed sheets colour comes off so easily, I would question their quality and the value of their products.
Attempted to cancel the order due to slow shipping and the fact that the product hadn’t been sent and wouldn’t arrive in time for the occasion (this was a gift). My request was ignored for 3 days until the product was sent and would arrive too late for the occasion. I was then charged $12.50 to return the items. The products themselves were poor quality and thin, not as pictured.
I bought a robe from Hommey. The colours were awful and there were loose threads all over it. It was very china-made quality for Australian prices.
