I have used this service 3 times. I live at Dundas, hamilton. Everytime there was a struggle to start on time. Most of time service was rescheduled . 1 out of the 2 Cleaners were always new . Old cleaner would train the new on job which had a significant impact on time. During covid some protocols were not followed. The cleaners didn’t bring their paper towels n cleaning products which surprised me a lot as this was never told to me. Pl be careful n mindful when you book the service .
Omg if I could leave 0 stars I would, I worked for homezy for a month. All seemed good at first but they are beyond unprofessional and the pay is ridiculous. Can’t live off that, so I got myself a new job and quit. Now they’re threatening to take me to court because apparently I’m stealing their clients????? What????? I haven’t cleaned a house since I quit that company ( besides my own lol ) Are you crazy??????? Sorry i didn’t want to clean toilets, no one wants your clients. Honestly this company is a scam. They will hire anyone off the street with no background check on their employees, and no experience. They not only didn’t pay an employee but under pay and lie about wages do not recommend them for employment or as cleaners!!
I have a difficult time with Homezy. They constantly cancelled and rebooked. People need consistency and they are not able to provide. I agree with the comment regarding the fake reviews. Please read them carefully and I wish I did. I was told to read the reviews right off the bat but I didn’t pay close attention. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate but there are many opportunities for other small businesses to shine.
