I've been a tenant four three years and I'm very happy with Homex.
Beware! They are scammers, my wife and I came across a property of theirs we wanted to rent. We gave them our information paid all the money for the application fees. They told us we got it. We set a move-in date then all of a sudden we get an email saying oh we rented it to someone else. You gotta be careful with these property management groups because a lot of them make their money off of all the application fees. They just tell people that they rented to someone else…. UPDATE! More qualified? my credit score is a 680 one... read more
