good service good people put my fiber optic in just waiting for ground to thaw to bury wire i know they will do a good jog if you dont have fiber optic yet you need to get it works great!
$220 for an off route delivery. Kinda greedy if you ask me especially when someone is having a issue.

Absolutely awful service. Had my power shut off for a late payment but when we called they admitted they had made a mistake and we weren't actually late on the payment. They then refused to send anyone out to fix their mistake, because they "only do on call stuff for emergencies". It's amazing to me the refusal to fix the mistake you made. Are they gonna pay for my food that goes bad or the arrangements I had to make for my kids to sleep in a heated area? No obviously not because they don't care. Absolutely inhumane.
