Had internet installed, quick and professional service. The installer Jesse W. Was very helpful in explaining how to hook up my device.
Tri-County hired a contractor to trim and cut down trees in my neighborhood last fall. That was fine; I understand why it has to be done. But all the wood from the trees that were cut was left in our yards, neatly stacked but still there. If it was not possible to include removing the wood in the contract, it would have been nice if people at least had been given contact information for firms or individuals who would remove the wood.
Changed meter with no warning and caused power outage which made my heaters turn off and it's 20 degrees out not cool when you have a baby
Excellent customer service from office and field employees for all Electric and Wi-Fi questions, installation and service. Highly recommend.
