I wish the government would tax citizens and hand me a monopoly where I can charge more to connect the service than the service itself! Damn, what a scam. 1 year later... so, they're actually not so bad. They give to the community and bring people together. But half the bill for "availability charge" still bites.
Be aware that the default agreement grants right of way easement to your entire parcel. This is reason enough for us to not do business with them.
The Homeworks staff was personable and professional. I recommend them completely.
