Very happy with the service we received with our propane. Staff is always friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any problems.
In today’s economy, it’s disappointing that they require a $200 security deposit within just 10 days of moving in with no credit applied to your account. After 12 months of on-time payments, you’re supposedly refunded, but even that feels uncertain. To make matters worse, one email clearly states that the security deposit isn’t due until 10/23/25, yet today I received another email claiming my account is delinquent and threatening shutoff if payment isn’t received.
