I would advise anyone to AVOID Homeworks Energy at all costs. They do inferior work, have unqualified technicians and do an awful job communicating to get problems resolved. They installed a heat pump, hot water heater, and insulated our home. Here is a list of the things done wrong. Day 1 installed condensation tube wrong and wrong pump. !!!Customers beware!!! We've had a ton of issues with our weatherization project from the beginning. It started with an incorrect initial assessment (although the assessor was professional and owned up to it and apologized). Problems continued during initial visit from their crew, where they damaged HVAC ducts in the attic prior to starting any work, then refused to start the work due to incorrect initial assessment.
