!!!Customers beware!!! We've had a ton of issues with our weatherization project from the beginning. It started with an incorrect initial assessment (although the assessor was professional and owned up to it and apologized). Problems continued during initial visit from their crew, where they damaged HVAC ducts in the attic prior to starting any work, then refused to start the work due to incorrect initial assessment.
