This place is a joke!! Had a appointment that I scheduled two months ago, for 03/17/25. Got all the messages confirming the appointment. Now two days before appointment get a message from a Samantha claiming that they canceled my appointment due to program limitations. Bullshit. Now I have try an get another appointment through somewhere else. Can't even talk to a real person at this place.
contractor put insulation in attic and after tenant complained about a mold issue on the ceiling , I found out they did not properly vent the attic. Called Monday and have been getting the run around by Ashley and her “mold specialist” team who tell me she is unavailable and is training someone, and that she will call me back. I told them mold is an issue especially when theres kids with asthma involved. They hangup when i call, say they cant hear me, and pretty much ignore me now that they have been paid. I had a great experience with Homeworks. The representative who came to the house was very knowledgeable and friendly. My attic insulation was seriously lacking. The price will be about 1/10 of what I would have paid. They are also sealing air leaks in the basement.
