As a person who was pivotal to the development of the Gold Dust Apartment complex, I have to admit my heartfelt bewilderment regarding the marketing or lack thereof of this complex over the last 16 years. Originally the building was to be purposed (occupied by) low-income artists. The free classes they offer are invaluable! Helpful guest speakers and the content was so helpful for beginning my financially secure journey. Very grateful for this nonprofit. Katie was open, and positive and really offered her wealth of knowledge in an easy digestible way. She's a wonderful instructor!
