I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, the walls seem to be quite thin because I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door, which made it difficult to fully relax. Parking was also a nightmare, especially with the water park guests. It was very crowded and hard to find a space. The parking situation was very bad, but 2 employees Anna and Mikka when and moved their personnel cars so our party would have a place to park. That was truly going the extra mile for customer service. Those decaded employees should be commended.
The hire the most unprofessional people on the front desk , and you have to go 3-4 times till they deliver something to your room
Disappointed to see this establishment change so much over that last few months I usually come with my husband for work. Breakfast has really fallen off cold food cold stares the Hispanic lady has no customer service no engagement with guest just blah…. Much different from the last Hispanic woman who was always there to start our day off with her smile and fresh hot food.
