Caught my husband texting the girl at the front desk Mekayla the young mixed girls CELL PHONE this is the most tasteless thing I’ve ever seen. Pictures and messages! For the second time in 3 days, the battery on the door died. Had to wait 15 minutes both times to get the door manually opened and reset. Extremely frustrating after working 12 hour days…
WARNING: THIS IS A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL! We weren't aware of this when we booked and we might as well have been staying in a dog kennel. Dogs were barking all day and night. Staff were apologetic but ultimately didn't do a thing to remedy the situation. Guests were playing fetch with their dogs up and down the hall at 11pm. Someone walking with their freaked out cat yowling it's head off up and down the hall around midnight.
