I travel 50% of every month for work. I stay at Hilton properties by choice. I rarely review unless the experience is really good, or really dismal. Look—I don’t even know where to start with the Homewood Suites/Hilton Garden Grand Prairie. They are FANTASTIC. Everyone from Carl at the front desk, to Austin & Jonathan at the bar, to the maintenance guys in the elevator, to all the sweet housekeeping folks—simply amazing. I had a good rest there. The food was pretty good and my room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and actually made me feel like they were my cousins which I appreciated immensely. The bar was very nice and the gentlemen working the bar were terrific. The only issues I had were I couldn't find a waste basket in the room and the underground parking area has zero phone signal. Other than that, there's plenty in the center to keep you occupied and within walking distance. I'd stay again.
