I had a good rest there. The food was pretty good and my room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and actually made me feel like they were my cousins which I appreciated immensely. The bar was very nice and the gentlemen working the bar were terrific. The only issues I had were I couldn't find a waste basket in the room and the underground parking area has zero phone signal. Other than that, there's plenty in the center to keep you occupied and within walking distance. I'd stay again.
Amazing Service!
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I brought a guest from Dubai, hoping they would have a great experience, but unfortunately the service did not meet expectations. One of the front desk employees was rude and unprofessional during check-in. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, they came across as dismissive, which made us feel uncomfortable from the start.
