Team did what they could to accommodate me. The room is what the room is. Huge disappointment. There has to be better quality control of the cleaning standards in rooms.
Big mistake to make a last minute decision to stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind, however, I felt they charged a higher rate. The room was dirty and the staff who were serving breakfast spent their time in the dining area watching CNN news and expressing their personal experiences.
BE WEARY!!! You walk into the hotel to be welcomed by a smokey disgusting aroma which makes you wonder if it is smoke free, or the workers have a tobacco room in the rear. The first room they put me in smelled like mold, wet dog and smoke. I was switched to another room. Smelled less of smoke, but still has a terrible aroma.
