had a wonderful stay here! The place is not only comfortable but also has a truly lovely and kind staff who go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and safe. My family loved our stay! The rooms are spacious and the free breakfast is top notch. The staff was friendly as well.
Our experience at Homewood Suites was deeply disappointing due to the unacceptable behavior of a front desk representative named Julie. When our family asked for a replacement room key, Julie was immediately rude and dismissive. Rather than offering basic courtesy, she rolled her eyes and acted as though our request was an inconvenience. Overall it was a decent hotel. The room was clean. The furnishings were old, worn and well below what we expected for a Hilton. The grounds had nice grass and plants but the area around the pool needs a lot of improvement. I didn't' care for the smoking area being located by the pool. The hotel could use a manager with some people skills. Never saw her smile with anyone the entire stay. Won't recommend staying there again.
