I travel at least once per month, and this is one of my favorite hotels. The best part is the vibe. The staff just seems so happy to be working there. That points to great management. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. And the breakfast...fantastic! I PAID A LOT of MONEY to get TREATED BADLY. On several days there was no hot water for a shower-Then on the eve of my last day of a long stay I had twice requested a late checkout at 12pm- however at 11 am staff were knocking on my door while I was struggling to bring all of my belongings to my car with a small handcart because they only had two luggage carts for the entire hotel and both were unavailable.
