Rude staff
Lobby and rooms are clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is about standard for formats like this.
Would not recommend this hotel. We showed up to check in and computers were down. They put us & our friends in a 2 room suite & we split the cost. Because the computers were down they had us BOTH fill out paperwork with general info and our credit card info & said when computers were up they would split the room charge ie $300 TOTAL split $175 each. When I got home I was looking at my bank account & they charged my card $872.90. They also charged my friends account as well. I called & reported it & was told they would refund... read more
