I don’t have enough words to express how amazing this place is. I travel a lot and have stayed across the country, these guys are hands down the best and make you feel at home. The management with John and Thelma will make sure you’re always taken care of! Thanks again! If you are in Rock Springs don’t stay anywhere else but here!
Updated March 2025: Thankfully, I'm still happy to notice that this particular Homewood has kept on offering a few extras, despite Hilton's current overall policy of charging guests more, while providing less. (Post-pandemic, Hilton-wide, I've encountered the corporate strategy of "get the guests used to just a room," and now Homewood Suites is, in my opinion, much deminished as a brand, and is no longer a more upscale extended stay option, compared to my extensive pre-2020 experiences).
The breakfast food was amazing. Service is great. The couch bed wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping, but I slept well.
This has to be one of the BEST Hiltons that I’ve stayed at in the USA!! The staff are clearly proud of their work and their friendliness is across the board. There is a general impression of generosity displayed through the room amenities as well as the dinner and breakfast that was included in our stay. I recommend the suites as they are spacious with a sitting room and 2 large TVs. Management clearly has a policy of generosity and customer satisfaction is a high priority! It’s also great to see happy staff - it tells!!
