Room service was extremely poor during my two week stay only service done was garbage removal and toilet paper replaced, bed was halfway made, don’t really think the bedding was changed at all, extra green blanket was used and it was thrown on the lamp shade. not a very clean hotel. Breakfast was okay, pool needed cleaning. Gym was the smallest I have ever seen basically a closet size gym.
Excellent hotel, great mattress, and they also provide water at the reception which makes a difference for those who go to sleep at night. A good breakfast , could add bacon to the coffee but overall it's a good hotel
Truly an amazing place, the staff was amazing the first day I came and the breakfast was extremely helpful. Ms steffy (I think that’s how you spell it) she was an amazing staff member extremely sweet and very helpful
April and Maria are just wonderful ladies. They always make sure you’re taken care of and have everything you need. I would recommend staying here.
