This hotel was very nice! They came promptly if anything was requested. The managers came over to personally greet & meet guests & actually held a friendly & fun small conversation. Mrs. April did amazing with the hotel breakfast! She made sure everything was hot & stocked. The area was well maintained & clean! She was a friendly spirit as well! Don’t know how she got the eggs to be tasty but she did her job well!!! I will be sure to recommend Homewood Suites Richmond-Chester!

We always stay at Homewood Suites when we travel to visit family. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

A wonderful experience at Homewood Suites- Chester Virginia a little south of Richmond. Upon entry to lobby, check in process was easy and handled by Shaynia. Who was both friendly and engaging. My wife and I had booked a two double bed room (online) but ask for an upgrade to King when arriving at the hotel. The General Manager, Samantha overheard the request and immediately approved the upgrade which she graciously provided to us free of additional charges.
