It was hard to put food in the refrigerator. The door was on the wrong side. They should fix it. It should open to the wall. But it was clean. The oatmeal was good for breakfast.
I’m a Hilton Diamond member and was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Homewood Suites. We arrived close to midnight after a long day of travel. My mom asked the front desk for a shower cap, and the associate told her they didn’t have any without even checking. The next morning, another staff member gave her one immediately from the front desk drawer, which made it clear they had them all along.
