Hotel was recently renovated, spacious and clean. The staff were very caring and helpful. We had an issue with our room key, and the hotel was full. Ida was incredibly kind and helpful, went above and beyond, opening the doors for us when needed and even gave us a full refund for one night at checkout.

I want to recognize Ida for providing outstanding customer service during my stay at the Hilton. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Ida was professional, welcoming, patient, and quick to help with simply making me feel at home. What stood out most was the genuine effort they made to make my experience stress-free. Currently here and the lack of customer service is showing bad management. I've been waiting for a manager to call me back to discuss issues over the weekend. It took them 1.5 hours to get the lock fixed to our room with no other alternative. No air in the hall while they made us wait so us and the poor maintenance guy were sweating it out. UPDATE: 4 days later and no management call. I'm a Hilton Honors so I called them, they can take it up with her. Sad thing is it's truly just a training issue.
