Giving it a One Star Rating based on the interaction with General Manager Amanda during our stay. Further, once the concern was escalated, her Regional manager failed to even respond. (Mr. Tankersley) If you have any concern whatsoever, you will be referred to Hilton Rewards to "handle." Please note: if you request a one hour late check out, she will attempt to charge you $75.00 for the request. Very new and clean, however some tiny dirty spots. Gave us the wrong room but changed it later. Both televisions don’t work for some reason. Room was extremely far from lobby. Edit: I did not include more photos of the room but the rest of it was very good. Also forgot to mention the door was scratched. Also in the first room that was a one bed instead of two, the doorknob for the bathroom door was damaged. The pool, gym and other amenities were all good.

Would love to give this location a higher rating but I can't. This was my 2nd stay at this site. On my 1st stay, I misplaced a drawstring bag and called the site to let them know I was coming back the following Friday. The bag contained my crochet project and ment a great deal to me. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that nothing had been found. And did not appear concerned (however there were a few people in line, so I accepted the response and finished checking in).
