Edit: The hotel issued me a full refund. I am very very greatful and appreciative that someone was kind enough to understand the situation. I usually stay at this hotel and it is always very clean, the entire situation was very unfortunate. Great rooms, very clean, spacious and welcoming. Nice amenities on site and included breakfast which is always nice.
Rooms are spacious, and the building seems pretty new and big. Breakfast is nice with good selections. Evening reception is a nice perk also having an on-site restaurant, gym and pool.
