Sherae, who is a part of the breakfast staff, has the sweetest personality. So kind and didn’t rush me even though I was running in right before they cleaned up. The breakfast area was so clean and so many choices. Keep this staff!! They are amazing!
Stephanie at the front office was awesome! We accidentally ordered our Uber to the wrong Homewood Suites, but while we were figuring everything out, she called the correct Homewood (which was fairly close to the one we mistakenly arrived at). We came to celebrate a bachelorette, and she made sure champagne was ready for us. She was so kind, and even laughed with us about our mistake. Her attention and kindness were exactly what we needed at the start of our trip. THANK YOU!!!
Breakfast wast amazing. Sherae was great! Good location and decent hotel.
The rooms are unfinished and some furniture poorly assembled. Not a good value for the prices they are charging. The reception is on the 11 floor. . Poor parking area. But the area has many restaurants to eat.
