We needed a place near Cornell for a few days, and this hotel perfectly fit the bill. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient--close to everything but not so close as to be noisy or full of traffic. You won't be cooking gourmet meals in the kitchen provided in the suite, and the hotel breakfast is typical hotel breakfast, but the cleanliness, convenience, and friendliness are everything we needed.

Staff was fine. But have an issue with Hilton. We were suckered into a time share and paid top dollar for our room. Is normally $233 a night. We were charged over $400 a night. And now we’re stuck going to a “what they call a free vacation” that they charged us another $500. To listen to a time share presentation. Never Never book anything with Hilton/ Hilton Bonvoy
