Stayed there the other day and they charged me almost 300 for a "cleaning fee" I called them to explain that I was ill and cleaned up a mess that had been created due to it. The manager was completely rude and did nothing to fix this. I have been a customer of Hilton for almost a decade and have been at diamond status for 7 years. After spending tens of thousands at these lines of hotels you think they could extend a professional courtesy.

Be very careful when checking out of this hotel. I did not request a print out when we left as I had prepaid for our rooms. Later, when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed they charged us again for the same rooms that were prepaid. I reached out to the assistant manager MULTIPLE times at the hotel and she was not able to help me get the charges refunded. Asst manager recommended to speak to hotel Manager. Third week in a row there is a straight up lack of basic room cleanliness. I can deal with a few stray hairs in the bathroom and a dirty toilet- shouldn’t have to, but I can. This week there are literally dozens of hairs in the bed, crumbs and food on the couch, grease and ketchup on the desk. They did not clean this room and sold it to me.
