Room was not cleaned properly at all. I’m not sure what the cleaning crew did in here but it wasn’t clean
We were really impressed with our stay! The hotel was comfy, there was more than enough space for our family and we loved having a kitchen. Staying at this homewood suites really made us consider sticking with this particular part of the Hilton chain! The front desk was so kind and breakfast was great.
No one at front desk like ever
Stayed there the other day and they charged me almost 300 for a "cleaning fee" I called them to explain that I was ill and cleaned up a mess that had been created due to it. The manager was completely rude and did nothing to fix this. I have been a customer of Hilton for almost a decade and have been at diamond status for 7 years. After spending tens of thousands at these lines of hotels you think they could extend a professional courtesy.
