Three exhausted travelers with days of delays in airports, and the awesome gentleman at the front desk was able to get us into some great rooms at 2 AM to help get us off the road for a few hours. I was able to reach the front desk in the middle of the night and was greeted when we walked in. Clean, big, new rooms with all the comforts of a home kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Right in the middle of Florence. These suites are amazing. Full kitchen with stove...microwave...full fridge...dishwasher. 2 queens plus pullout sofa. Work desk. Wall controlled temperature. Swimming pool. Conference room. Full breakfast from 0630-10. Personal welcome message on TV. Front desk was very pleasant and attentive.
