I had an amazing stay at Homewood Suites! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. What really made my experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service from Marisol at the front desk. She helped me so much throughout my stay, was always kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. This location only does the evening social on Wednesdays. Very disappointing.
Wow when did they start charging Hilton members an early check in fee? I have never had to pay half a day for checking in at 11am. So waiting in the lobby for a whole hour with all my kids until 12 so I don’t have to pay an extra 70. Will never stay will Hilton again
