This is my 2nd time in this hotel, and it never disappoints.
The front desk staff was not helpful at all - either in person or on the phone. There was always some excuse or another for why they wouldn't help with anything. It is an ok hotel with poor customer service.
Amazing staff. Clean. Could see the ocean a little from the top floor. Easy drive to beach public access.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Destin! The location is incredibly strategic—close to everything, which made getting around and enjoying our vacation so easy.The amenities were great, but what really stood out was the barbecue area—it made the experience even better and added a fun, homey touch to our stay.
