Clean, well-appointed room. The Wednesday night mixers with wine, beer, salad, soup, and cheese are great. Maureen provided outstanding customer service. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town.
The lady working the front desk Tuesday, September 16, 2025 around 7 PM was less than kind. I was there to drop off a DoorDash order had no idea where the room was had a serious tone For no reason pointed where the elevators were, but didn’t tell me how to get to the room.
Really great stay. Would have given 5 stars but initial start was a bit bumpy. Was assigned a room that wasn't actually cleared by house keeping. Then our shower backed up. However, they got those things cleared up very quickly! The rest of the stay was very good. The breakfast is amazing. I can't believe all the choices. Probably the best complimentary hotel breakfast I've ever had.
