I just had my first stay here. My digital key came in on the app without issue and I was able to use it at the side doors. My first impression was that the hallways were a little banged up but room was very clean! Thank you housekeeping for your effort. The shower pressure/temp was one of the best I've ever had. Breakfast was great. I loved the variety and quality of the offerings. Great staff. The heating system is very loud when it kicks on and runs. But, at least there was heat.

I usually have great success and enjoyable stays at Homewood Suites, but I would not stay here again. I noticed quickly after checking in that the room was not cleaned well. The carpets and furniture were covered with pet hair. I asked the front desk manager if housekeeping could vacuum the room, but they had gone for the day. I asked for a vacuum so I could do it myself, but the vacuum I didn't work. After fixing the vacuum I cleaned the room properly. (I was offered another room, but the location was not good for me.)
